Visits and comparison controls

This static website has no user accounts, registration forms, analytics or advertising scripts. Route filters operate in your browser. Selected route IDs may appear in the comparison URL so you can share it; no personal information is required. These controls do not set application cookies or store your choices in local storage.

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Optional street maps

The initial geographic route overview and downloadable tracks are served by Brooklyn Walks. When you choose “Load street map,” your browser requests map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap. That service receives technical request information such as your IP address and website referrer. It applies its own privacy policy. We do not request your device location. You can use the guide and overview without loading the street map.

Email and external links

Email providers process messages sent to the published address. Send only information needed for your correction. Requests concerning correspondence can be sent through the contact page. Google Maps, MTA, park and other links leave this site and use their providers’ policies.

Advertising

Advertisements are not currently displayed. An AdSense account meta tag and ads.txt record do not themselves load advertising or set ad cookies. If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies based on earlier visits to this and other sites, and Google and its partners may serve personalized ads. The required consent mechanism and policy update must accompany that change.

Manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and read Google’s advertising information. Where Google requires a certified consent platform for advertising, it must be configured before those ads run.
